On Saturday, February 12, the Step Up After-school students, UAB students from the Students for a Healthier Community and Circle K service groups, and community gardeners joined forces for a garden workday! The soil is now prepped for our children’s garden and we are ready to plant this spring! Thank you to the McWane Center “Healthy Change in Your Communities Project” for helping fund part of our garden project!
